About the project, we wish to design an interactive spatial experience that uses the 'rules' to construct a real life interactive game & immersive theatre in an indeterminate physical space. In this anti-utopian fantasy story - 22nd Century WFH Guide, the blurring of the boundaries between work and life and the lack of order in people's life course by WFH in the post-pandamic is exaggerated into a series of darkly humorous 'work from home rules'. It introduces the audience to a new, absurd, post-epidemic order. "Because WFH is free from the constraints of physical space, any place can constitute an office." In our simulated WFH dystopian scenario, audiences are guided by a manual to find and enforce all WFH rules that are laid out both inside and outside the space, in order to achieve a so call "healthier life". Ultimately, through the confrontation between the rules of different campaign and the suggestion of multiple meta elements from the large number of rule entries in the non-linear narrative, the audiences can piece together a weird, fridge-horror urban fantasy & creepypasta style SF story.
